Este tinto alentejano apresenta uma cor grená intensa. No aroma, flores como violetas juntam-se a frutos vermelhos maduros e delicadas notas de cacau. Na boca revela-se elegante e fresco: taninos redondos, maduros e encorpados conduzem a um final longo e persistente. Perfeito para diversas ocasiões, recomenda-se decantar cerca de 30 a 60 minutos antes de servir, idealmente entre 16 °C e 18 °C.

Clear, lively light salmon colour. Aromas of fresh cherries, strawberries and red fruits with subtle floral hints. On the palate it is dry, fresh and well-balanced, with vibrant acidity that provides length and a light elegance. The finish is lingering and refined, leaving a smooth and harmonious impression.

Deep, intense ruby colour. The bouquet is rich and exuberant, revealing ripe blackberries, nutmeg spice and a subtle hint of black pepper. On the palate, it is full-bodied and refined, with smooth yet firm tannins, well-structured, and ripe dark fruit interwoven with spice. The finish is persistent, enveloping and harmonious.

Este monovarietal de Touriga Nacional é o verdadeiro ex-líbris da Quinta do Cardo, proveniente da parcela histórica junto ao antigo pombal, plantada no início do século XX. De cor rubi elegante, revela no nariz notas florais, violeta e frutos silvestres. Em boca apresenta taninos sedosos, fina mineralidade e frescura elegante, com um final longo e preciso. A fermentação a baixa temperatura em cuba tronco‑cónica e o estágio de 12 meses sobre borras finas em inox — sem contacto com madeira — preservam a pureza varietal, sublinhando a altitude e o terroir granítico da Beira Interior.

De cor amarelo-pálida com reflexos citrinos, este branco orgânico de altitude oferece aromas elegantes de fruta de caroço, flor de laranjeira e ligeiras notas tropicais. Em boca, revela boa estrutura, untuosidade e amplitude, equilibrada por acidez fresca e mineralidade distinta. Produzido com 100% casta Síria, proveniente de vinhas de mais de 40 anos, fermentou em inox (a 14 °C durante cerca de 30 dias) e estagiou sobre borras finas com battonage semanal durante até 12 meses.
