This red wine from the Dão - Serra da Estrela (Gouveia) region has a clear, bright ruby-red colour. On the nose, it reveals delicate aromas of forest fruits and violets, with a charming floral subtlety. On the palate, it is fruity, medium-bodied and with good acidity, clearly reflecting the granite terroir and the influence of the mountainous altitude. Winemaker Pedro Pereira emphasises its balance between freshness and elegance. 

The Conciso Tinto 2021 displays a bright ruby color with violet reflections. The nose is marked by aromatic freshness, featuring notes of red fruits like cherry and raspberry, complemented by floral and spicy nuances. On the palate, it is elegant and balanced, with fine tannins and lively acidity that imparts freshness to the wine. The finish is long and mineral, reflecting the granitic terroir of the Dão region.

The Madre de Água Touriga Nacional 2016 displays a deep ruby color. The nose reveals aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, complemented by floral notes of violet and subtle hints of leather. On the palate, it is fresh, with balanced acidity, smooth tannins, and an elegant finish. A wine that embodies the character of the grape and the Dão region.

The Quinta Dom Vicente Reserva Red 2020 shows an intense, vibrant ruby hue. Its nose reveals ripe red fruits, compote, and refined spice and vanilla notes from subtle barrel ageing. On the palate it’s structured, with refreshing acidity, gentle tannins and the classic minerality of Dão’s granite soils, leading to a long, persistent finish. Pairs well with meat dishes, cured meats, and aged cheeses. Ready to drink now, but also suitable for further ageing.
