Caves Dois Portos Grande Reserva Red 2020 impresses with its intense garnet colour and an enveloping bouquet of spices, ripe red fruits and a subtle touch of oak, the result of prolonged ageing in French oak barrels. On the palate, it's balanced and structured, with fine-tuned tannins that give it elegance and persistence. The O Rei Maluco Tinto from Quinta Vale Benfeito (Alenquer) shows a deep garnet hue. On the nose, it offers ripe black fruit, sweet spice, and a gentle smoky hint. The palate is full-bodied, with firm yet polished tannins, balanced acidity, and a long finish marked by persistent fruit and warm spice.

Vinha da Roca Tinto 2021 displays a deep, bright ruby colour. The nose offers elegant ripe red fruit aromas—plum and raspberry—alongside subtle smoky hints and a refined Atlantic touch. On the palate it is smooth yet structured, with firm but polished tannins, well-balanced acidity, and a velvety texture. ADEGA D'ARROCHA CARLOTAS TOURIGA NACIONAL & CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2020 750 ML

The grapes, from the best plots, were selected, destemmed and lightly crushed, undergoing pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures for 24 hours. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature (24ºC) for around 8 days. It was aged in the cellar for 1 year.

Deep ruby in colour, this is an aromatically expressive wine, with floral aromas of violets, red fruit, spices and a slight green pepper giving it a unique freshness. It's structured, with elegant tannins, balanced acidity and a long, persistent finish.
