As uvas foram criteriosamente selecionadas, desengaçadas e prensadas. A fermentação ocorreu em depósitos de inox de pequenas dimensões a uma temperatura controlada (14ºC), durante 23 dias. O vinho beneficiou de um estágio de 6 meses em Carvalho Francês e Carvalho Americano, com recurso a batonnage, durante 3 meses.

Com tons palha suave, este é um vinho aromaticamente intenso e com uma complexidade marcada. As notas amadeiradas surgem de forma elegante, com destaque para amêndoa, torrado e caramelo, mas é a casta que se impõe, com fruta de caroço (nêspera), algumas nuances de tropical, sobretudo melão, e uma panificação, a sentir-se pão quente torrado. Na boca é fresco e elegante, com uma harmonia entre salinidade e mineralidade, que torna este vinho intenso, persistente e inesquecível.

As uvas, provenientes de uma vinha de 1970, foram desengaçadas, esmagadas e prensadas. A fermentação ocorreu em depósitos de inox de pequenas dimensões, a uma temperatura controlada (15ºC), e durante um período de 15 dias. O vinho beneficiou de um estágio de 6 meses em Carvalho Francês e Carvalho Americano, com recurso a batonnage, 2 vezes por semana, durante 3 meses.

De cor cítrica, este é um vinho com enorme complexidade aromática, destacando-se nunces florais, um ligeiro tropical e notas cítricas. A madeira está presente, com notas de amêndoa, baunilha e caramelo, mas nunca se sobrepondo à fruta. Na boca é elegante e  mineral, apresenta frescura e uma untuosidade que lhe confere presença.

This wine displays an intense ruby color. On the nose, it offers a blend of ripe red fruit aromas, such as currant and raspberry, accompanied by subtle floral hints. The palate is fresh and balanced, with soft tannins and a persistent finish.

ADEGA D'ARROCHA WHITE CARLOTAS 2020 750 ML

The grapes were destemmed, crushed and pressed. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16-18ºC) for 15 days. The wine was matured for 4 months in contact with the fine lees, using bâtonnage twice a week.

With a straw-yellow colour, this wine stands out for its striking freshness, balanced acidity and unique minerality. The tropical aromas are elegant, with pineapple and passion fruit standing out. It's ideal served chilled, with fish dishes, seafood, sushi or even on its own.

ADEGA D'ARROCHA CARLOTAS TOURIGA NACIONAL & CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2020 750 ML

The grapes, from the best plots, were selected, destemmed and lightly crushed, undergoing pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures for 24 hours. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature (24ºC) for around 8 days. It was aged in the cellar for 1 year.

Deep ruby in colour, this is an aromatically expressive wine, with floral aromas of violets, red fruit, spices and a slight green pepper giving it a unique freshness. It's structured, with elegant tannins, balanced acidity and a long, persistent finish.

ADEGA D'ARROCHA CARLOTAS RESERVA BRANCO 2023 750 ML

As uvas foram desengaçadas, esmagadas e prensadas. A fermentação ocorreu em depósitos de inox de pequenas dimensões, a uma temperatura controlada (16-18ºC), e durante um período de 15 dias. O vinho beneficiou de um estágio de 5 meses em Carvalho Francês, com recurso a bâtonnage, 2 vezes por semana.

De cor amarelo cítrico, este vinho apresenta-se com uma frescura marcante, acidez bem integrada e uma mineralidade única. O aroma é complexo, a estrutura elegante e a combinação entre fruta tropical, floral e frutos secos, surge harmoniosamente. Recomenda-se consumir fresco, a acompanhar pratos realmente memoráveis, ou simplesmente só.

Arinto Reserva 2023 from Adega d’Arrocha shows a pale straw hue with luminous clarity. The nose is immediately tropical with vibrant pineapple and passion fruit, layered over subtle spice, light toast, and matured coconut notes from barrel ageing. On the palate it offers lively acidity, structured body and saline, mineral undertones. The finish is persistent and harmonious, combining fruity exuberance with elegance and freshness.

A fermentação ocorreu em cubas de inox de pequenas dimensões, a uma temperatura controlada (24ºC), durante um período de cerca de 8 dias. O vinho beneficiou de um estágio de 12 meses em madeira de Carvalho Francês.

De cor rubi profundo, este vinho apresenta-se com grande intensidade no nariz. O aroma é complexo, os taninos maduros e a combinação entre fruta vermelha, especiarias e torrado, são de uma elegância notável.O final é longo, persistente e, certamente, inesquecível.
