ADEGA D'ARROCHA WHITE CARLOTAS 2020 750 ML
The grapes were destemmed, crushed and pressed. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16-18ºC) for 15 days. The wine was matured for 4 months in contact with the fine lees, using bâtonnage twice a week.
With a straw-yellow colour, this wine stands out for its striking freshness, balanced acidity and unique minerality. The tropical aromas are elegant, with pineapple and passion fruit standing out. It's ideal served chilled, with fish dishes, seafood, sushi or even on its own.
