Made from Malvasia de Colares, Arinto and Fernão Pires, resulting from carefully selected manual harvests. Winemaking includes low temperature pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats for around a month, with intermittent batonnage for up to two more months and ageing on the lees, giving it body and complexity.

Raúl Pérez Ultreia Godello 2021 has a light straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections, a sign of its youth and freshness. On the nose, it reveals delicate aromas of white fruit such as green apple and pear, combined with stone fruit, peach and apricot, sprinkled with citrus and floral notes, fresh herbs and a subtle, almost saline minerality. The palate is vibrant, with fresh acidity, a smooth, unctuous texture and a well-structured medium body. The finish is persistent: saline and citrus, with buttery touches and a slight bitter dryness typical of Godello. An elegant, tense and enveloping wine, with a lot of terroir clarity.

Aged for four months in stainless steel, bottled right after New Year to preserve its most delicate aromas.

A dry Riesling, with excellent minerality and vibrant notes of lime, pear and grapefruit. A bold yet consistent acidity gives it a long finish and, above all, an uncommon ageing potential, allowing this wine to develop unique characteristics – a serious opulence wrapped in the grape variety’s typical bouquet.

A de Arinto Pormenor 2020 shows a clear straw-yellow hue. On the nose, it offers subtle reductive aromas blended with dried herb, green apple, and a faint toast from barrel ageing. On the palate, its mineral character and strong citrus presence, especially lemon peel come through against a medium, slightly voluminous body. The finish is medium-length, driven by a vibrant acidity that leaves the palate wanting more. The oak is seamlessly integrated, complementing rather than overpowering the varietal expression.

Arinto Reserva 2023 from Adega d’Arrocha shows a pale straw hue with luminous clarity. ADEGA D'ARROCHA WHITE CARLOTAS 2020 750 ML

The grapes were destemmed, crushed and pressed. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16-18ºC) for 15 days. The wine was matured for 4 months in contact with the fine lees, using bâtonnage twice a week.

With a straw-yellow colour, this wine stands out for its striking freshness, balanced acidity and unique minerality. The tropical aromas are elegant, with pineapple and passion fruit standing out. It's ideal served chilled, with fish dishes, seafood, sushi or even on its own.
