On the palate it's multi-layered and well balanced: ripe fruitiness, buttery caramel, light spice, smooth texture and a long, harmonious finish. At 19.5% ABV, it performs beautifully as a dessert or after‑dinner wine. Best served around 12–14 °C for optimal expression.
