CHAMPAGNE
CHAMPAGNE
Champagne is the world’s most iconic sparkling wine, produced exclusively in the Champagne region of France, following strict and traditional methods. It is renowned for its elegance, freshness, and complexity, with fine, persistent bubbles that enhance delicate aromas of white fruits, flowers, and hints of bread or brioche from the second fermentation in the bottle.
Available in various styles, from Brut, Extra Brut, or Rosé to the more sophisticated Vintage editions, Champagne is synonymous with celebration, refinement, and memorable moments. A versatile wine that pairs perfectly with appetizers, fish, seafood, or simply to toast special occasions.

DOM PÉRIGNON VINTAGE 2013 BRUT 750 ML
Dom Pérignon Vintage 2013 Brut is a vibrant golden colour with a fine, persistent bubble. On the nose, a refined and complex bouquet emerges: green notes such as eucalyptus, mint and vetiver meet ripe fruits such as mirabelle plum, apricot and orange blossom and evolve into delicate spices of pepper, cardamom and liquorice, completed by saline nuances and soft toast.
On the palate, the entry is creamy and airy, with an elegant, silky texture. The freshness, precise acidity and balanced structure evolve the wine to a long, mineral, salty and harmonious finish.
