On the palate, its creamy texture shines, thanks to twelve months aging on the lees with batonnage in 10% French oak. A refreshing acidity matches its richness, leading to a generous and lingering finish. Excellent with cod, rich fish dishes, or soft cheeses, best served at 8–11 °C

Exibe uma cor amarela com laivos dourados, atraente e luminoso. O aroma revela grande complexidade: frutos secos e mel entrelaçados num perfume cativante. Na boca é generoso e fresco, com volume e estrutura bem definidos, sustentados por uma acidez agradável e um final vibrante que convida a outra prova. Serve idealmente entre 8 °C e 10 °C. Óptimo companheiro de carnes brancas, bacalhau e mariscos.

Na boca, é seco, leve a médio em corpo, com uma acidez viva que confere frescura e equilíbrio. O final é suave, limpo e persistente, com uma sensação refrescante.

The 2022 Herdade do Sobroso Cellar Selection Antão Vaz & Alvarinho is a citrine-toned Alentejo white. The nose reveals aromas of white and tropical fruit, like peach and tangerine, enhanced by fresh herb notes such as basil and mint, and a subtle balsamic touch. On the palate, it offers vibrant freshness, a smooth and slightly oily texture, balanced body, and polished acidity, leading to an elegant and persistent finish. Aged for six months in French oak barrels on fine lees.

O Montes Pelados Branco 2023 é um vinho fresco do Alentejo, produzido com as castas Antão Vaz e Arinto. Exibe uma cor amarelo citrina e aromas intensos a fruta tropicais, pêra e lima, com toques herbáceos leves (aipo). Na boca é leve e equilibrado, com boa acidez, estrutura suave e final delicadamente frutado. Com 12,4 % de álcool, é ideal para refeições descontraídas, servindo como aperitivo ou acompanhando peixes, marisco e saladas.

Quinta dos Cardeais Grande Reserva White 2021 is an Alentejo wine with a fresh and elegant profile, made from the Arinto, Antão Vaz and Roupeiro grape varieties. It has a citrus colour with noble floral and vegetal notes, accompanied by nuances of scraped stone and lemon leaf. On the palate it stands out for its creaminess and breadth, supported by a citrus cut that gives it tension, balance and marked freshness. A versatile and very appealing wine.
