There is also a vegetal and graphite touch inherent in Cabernet, combined with ripe fruit from Touriga. The tannins are vigorous but with good freshness, all very attractive at the table.

This ten-year-old Tawny Port wine presents a beautiful golden-tawny colour with amber reflections. The aroma is elegant and complex, with notes of dried fruits such as almond and fig, spices like vanilla, and a subtle touch of old wood that gives it great depth. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a balanced freshness and an elegance that extends into a long and persistent finish. It is a wine with remarkable maturity, without losing its vibrancy.

Light salmon colour. The wine has notes of fresh fruit like strawberries, raspberries and redcurrants. Notes of white chocolate and spices with a slight vanilla note from the barrel ageing. With a fresh entry in the mouth where the woodland fruits again stand out, well integrated with the barrel notes, deep and fresh with saline notes. Finishes with excellent persistence and freshness.

O Proibido Clarete 2021 apresenta uma cor rubi intensa e brilhante. No nariz, destaca-se pela intensidade da fruta vermelha madura, com notas de groselha preta e framboesa. Na boca, apresenta taninos sólidos e bem polidos, equilibrados por uma ligeira astringência que lhe confere carácter e estrutura. A textura é suculenta e refrescante, com um final persistente que convida a mais um gole. Um vinho jovem e vibrante, com grande potencial de evolução em garrafa.

Apresenta um cor rubi translúcido, de aroma expressivo, com notas intensas de amoras, frutos silvestres e framboesa, subtis toques fumados e madeira muito bem integrada. Em boca, é elegante e poderoso, com taninos saudáveis e suculentos que lhe conferem um corpo vibrante e um final que reflete frescura e estrutura.

NOTAS SOBRE A CASTA:

Marufo, também conhecida como Mourisco Tinto ou Mourisco Roxo, é uma casta tinta portuguesa antiga, com forte presença no Douro, onde integra tradicionalmente os lotes de Vinho do Porto. Dá origem a vinhos de cor pouco intensa, do rosado ao rubi, com aromas a frutos vermelhos e notas florais, por vezes com um toque de toffee. Apresenta taninos suaves, acidez fresca e mostra grande aptidão para rosados aromáticos. Fora de Portugal é conhecida em Espanha como Moravia Dulce e Trujidera. Na vinha, recomenda-se controlar o vigor e a produtividade para obter maior concentração.

Este Reserva Chardonnay 2020 exibe uma cor amarelo-palha luminosa, realçada por um estágio prolongado em barrica. No nariz, salientam-se aromas de pêra e maçã acompanhados de um subtil traço mineral, com a barrica muito bem incorporada. Na boca, é untuoso e encorpado, com um elegante toque cítrico, intenso e persistente na prova.

O Kopke Colheita Tawny 1975 exibe uma cor âmbar apelativa. No nariz, sobressaem aromas perfumados de frutos secos delicadamente envolvidos por notas de especiarias. Na boca, revela-se macio e sedoso, com uma estrutura notável e ótimo volume. A elegância persiste num final extenso e distinto.
