On the nose, it opens with inviting aromas of ripe blackberries blended with spicy vanilla and violet hints. On the palate, it is juicy and well-balanced, with the sweetness of dark berries tempered by soft tannins. The finish is powerful and perfumed, prevailing with elegance and longevity.

No paladar, revela-se sedutor, com fruta evidente e perfil floral bem definido, estrutura firme sustentada por taninos densos mas finos. Destaca-se mais pela sua frescura do que pela concentração, o final é longo, cativante e persistente. 

It has an intense garnet colour with abundant violet reflections. On the nose, it is complex and reveals aromas of fresh red fruit, redcurrant jam, blackberry, with delicate floral notes and spices. On the palate, it shows generous body, with tannins balanced between silky and vigorous, giving excellent volume and presence in the mouth; it's a powerful and enveloping wine. There is also a vegetal and graphite touch inherent in Cabernet, combined with ripe fruit from Touriga. The tannins are vigorous but with good freshness, all very attractive at the table.

This wine has an intense, clean garnet colour. On the nose, it shows a powerful, complex aroma with refined wild flowers, cistus and some ripe red fruit, such as cherry. On the palate, it's balanced, with a great concentration of fine tannins that give it a dense body and firm structure, while maintaining elegance. It has also been described as very elegant, with a high concentration of tannins, dense body and excellent structure. The ripe fruit notes of the Touriga Franca offset the more vegetal nuances of the Alicante Bouschet, revealing a complex and well-balanced profile.

This wine offers fresh and lively red fruit aromas, ripe cherry with floral hints, tied together by a subtle wet earth undertone. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with vibrant acidity and angular tannins providing a structured mouthfeel; the finish is long, cheerful, and rich in nuances. A straightforward, no-frills style that’s delightfully engaging for everyday enjoyment.

Este tinto apresenta uma cor rubi intensa e profunda. No nariz, é muito expressivo, revelando um corte elegante de frutos negros maduros como amora e cassis, realçado por delicadas nuances de baunilha e especiarias de madeira que conferem profundidade aromática. No palato, surge encorpado e estruturado, com taninos firmes mas bem integrados, equilibrado por uma acidez viva que lhe confere frescura. O final é persistente, suave e sedutor, culminando numa textura aveludada.

Light salmon colour. The wine has notes of fresh fruit like strawberries, raspberries and redcurrants. Notes of white chocolate and spices with a slight vanilla note from the barrel ageing. With a fresh entry in the mouth where the woodland fruits again stand out, well integrated with the barrel notes, deep and fresh with saline notes. Finishes with excellent persistence and freshness.

Vinho de cor citrina com um perfil aromático elegante e definido. No nariz, destacam-se notas de frutos de polpa branca e flor de laranjeira, complementadas por um subtil toque tostado. Na boca, revela-se intenso e de grande frescura, com uma acidez vibrante e incisiva que lhe confere um excelente volume. O final é notavelmente persistente, deixando uma sensação de equilíbrio e vivacidade.

The Monte da Raposinha Grande Reserva Chardonnay 2023 showcases a pale yellow colour with golden highlights. The nose is marked by aromatic complexity, featuring notes of orange peel, ripe citrus fruits, baked apple, and subtle buttery nuances, highlighting the harmonious integration of oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with balanced acidity and a surprisingly fresh and persistent finish. An elegant and structured wine, perfect to pair with grilled fish dishes, shellfish, or aged cheeses.

The Proibido Garrafeira Tinto 2017 showcases an intense and deep ruby colour. The nose is marked by aromatic complexity, featuring notes of ripe black fruits such as plum and blackberry, combined with hints of spices and subtle toasted wood nuances. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with firm and well-integrated tannins, offering a solid structure and a long, persistent finish. A wine of great class and elegance, with excellent ageing potential.

O Proibido Clarete 2021 apresenta uma cor rubi intensa e brilhante. No nariz, destaca-se pela intensidade da fruta vermelha madura, com notas de groselha preta e framboesa. Na boca, apresenta taninos sólidos e bem polidos, equilibrados por uma ligeira astringência que lhe confere carácter e estrutura. A textura é suculenta e refrescante, com um final persistente que convida a mais um gole. Um vinho jovem e vibrante, com grande potencial de evolução em garrafa.

Apresenta um cor rubi translúcido, de aroma expressivo, com notas intensas de amoras, frutos silvestres e framboesa, subtis toques fumados e madeira muito bem integrada. Em boca, é elegante e poderoso, com taninos saudáveis e suculentos que lhe conferem um corpo vibrante e um final que reflete frescura e estrutura.

NOTAS SOBRE A CASTA:

Marufo, também conhecida como Mourisco Tinto ou Mourisco Roxo, é uma casta tinta portuguesa antiga, com forte presença no Douro, onde integra tradicionalmente os lotes de Vinho do Porto. Dá origem a vinhos de cor pouco intensa, do rosado ao rubi, com aromas a frutos vermelhos e notas florais, por vezes com um toque de toffee. Apresenta taninos suaves, acidez fresca e mostra grande aptidão para rosados aromáticos. Fora de Portugal é conhecida em Espanha como Moravia Dulce e Trujidera. Na vinha, recomenda-se controlar o vigor e a produtividade para obter maior concentração.
