Souvall Tinto 2021 has an intense ruby colour, already showing a reddish tinge. The aroma reveals ripe black fruits and blueberries, accompanied by notes of tobacco leaf and delicate spices. The palate is medium-bodied, with an exemplary balance between alcohol content and freshness, leading to a long, fresh and vigorous finish with hints of nutmeg and white pepper.

Caves Dois Portos Grande Reserva Red 2020 impresses with its intense garnet colour and an enveloping bouquet of spices, ripe red fruits and a subtle touch of oak, the result of prolonged ageing in French oak barrels. On the palate, it's balanced and structured, with fine-tuned tannins that give it elegance and persistence. The finish is robust, maintaining a delicate harmony between the ripe fruit and the toasted nuances. It should be served at 16-18 °C, ideal with roast meats and game dishes.

Comboio do Vesuvio Unoaked 2022 is vibrant and fresh. On the nose, there are clear, pure aromas of red fruits (raspberry and cherry) intertwined with subtly herbaceous floral notes of cistus and Mediterranean scrub. The palate is elegant, with well-defined wild berries and hints of fennel typical of the estate. The lively acidity cuts through the flavours, while nuances of soft spices, aromatic herbs and a slight hint of pepper emerge on a clean, persistent finish. Ideally served at 16-18 °C with red meat, roast beef or grilled meats.

It has a typically Douro aroma, with vegetal notes of heather and cistus, on an intense fruity base of black plum and other black fruits, complemented by nuances of chocolate and spices, which give it depth and complexity. The palate is broad and flavoursome, with balanced acidity, present and lively tannins, culminating in a long finish with reminiscences of cocoa.

Este tinto da região do Dão – Serra da Estrela (Gouveia) apresenta uma cor vermelho-ruby límpida e brilhante. No nariz, revela aromas delicados de frutos do bosque e violetas, com uma subtileza floral encantadora. Em boca, mostra-se frutado, de corpo médio e com boa acidez, refletindo nitidamente o terroir granítico e a influência da altitude montanhosa. O enólogo Pedro Pereira destaca o seu equilíbrio entre frescura e elegância.
