VOLTE FACE WHITE 2023 750 ML

This white glimmers with a lively straw-yellow hue. Aromatically, it unfolds as a tropical bouquet—pineapple, ripe banana, and a whisper of floral charm. On the palate, its creamy texture shines, thanks to twelve months aging on the lees with batonnage in 10% French oak. A refreshing acidity matches its richness, leading to a generous and lingering finish. Excellent with cod, rich fish dishes, or soft cheeses, best served at 8–11 °C

HERDADE DE SÃO MIGUEL “ARINTO ESQUECIDO” WHITE 2022
This wine shows a yellow hue with golden reflections—bright and enticing. The nose is intricately layered with aromas of dried fruits and honey. On the palate, it delivers generous volume and freshness, with well-defined structure and a lively finish that beckons another sip. Ideal when served between 8 °C and 10 °C and pairs beautifully with white meats, cod, and seafood. 

HERDADE DOS CASARÕES DIVAI SELECTION TINTO 2022
This red wine exhibits a vibrant ruby hue and an inviting bouquet of fresh red berries (cherry, raspberry), with a subtle hint of vanilla that brings elegance. On the palate, it delivers a smooth structure, well-balanced and focused, blending pronounced fruitiness with a rich, lingering finish. Its youthful and approachable character makes it a versatile companion to dishes like duck rice or stewed rabbit.

Cor citrina pálida, límpida e brilhante. No aroma, revelam-se notas frescas de maçã verde, pêssego e melão, acompanhadas por delicados toques florais e ligeira mineralidade. Na boca, é seco, leve a médio em corpo, com uma acidez viva que confere frescura e equilíbrio. O final é suave, limpo e persistente, com uma sensação refrescante.

Colour: crystalline pale yellow with golden highlights. Bouquet: a sophisticated, elegant aroma combining ripe fruit and gentle spice notes, with subtle toast hints from partial oak fermentation. Palate: fruit-driven with good weight and generous volume; lively acidity lends lasting freshness. Structure & finish: harmonious and balanced, the finish is lingering and enveloping, with a smooth and persistent touch.

De cor amarelo-pálida com reflexos citrinos, este branco orgânico de altitude oferece aromas elegantes de fruta de caroço, flor de laranjeira e ligeiras notas tropicais. Em boca, revela boa estrutura, untuosidade e amplitude, equilibrada por acidez fresca e mineralidade distinta. Produzido com 100% casta Síria, proveniente de vinhas de mais de 40 anos, fermentou em inox (a 14 °C durante cerca de 30 dias) e estagiou sobre borras finas com battonage semanal durante até 12 meses. Um vinho complexo, vibrante, ideal para peixe, marisco ou saladas.

O Quinta Boa Esperança Branco Reserva 2020 apresenta uma cor citrina clara e aromas florais delicados com nuances cítricas e toques minerais. No paladar, é fresco e estruturado, com uma untuosidade evidente e final persistente e equilibrado. 

The 2022 Herdade do Sobroso Cellar Selection Antão Vaz & Alvarinho is a citrine-toned Alentejo white. The nose reveals aromas of white and tropical fruit, like peach and tangerine, enhanced by fresh herb notes such as basil and mint, and a subtle balsamic touch. On the palate, it offers vibrant freshness, a smooth and slightly oily texture, balanced body, and polished acidity, leading to an elegant and persistent finish. Aged for six months in French oak barrels on fine lees.

The A Rainha Tonta – Dry White Wine 750 ml, from Quinta Vale Benfeito in Alenquer (Lisbon), shows a clear citrus hue. On the nose, it delivers intense fruit and floral aromas, with elegant notes of white fruit and citrus. On the palate, it is fresh with balanced light acidity, giving persistence and a harmonious finish — very versatile, ideal with pasta, fish, and seafood.
