Early ripening and low-color grape variety.

This wine is characterized by the aroma of wild fruits, balsamic and with some notes of tobacco. Delicate with an acidity in harmony with the elegance that is presented in each tasting. A soft wine, with a persistent but light finish.

Com cor rubi aberto, o aroma é fino, fresco e frutado. Na boca, mostra-se um vinho mineral, muito elegante e onde os tons de frutos silvestres e as notas de Terroir prevalecem. A boa acidez está em harmonia com a fruta. O estágio em cimento proporciona um final de boca muito fresco e elegante e com boa persistência. 

It presents a captivating ruby red very open. The absence of any aging in the barrel, accentuated the typical fruity aromas of the Pinot Noir variety, highlighting ripe strawberries and cherries, on a slightly vegetable background to which notes of cigar box are added. In the mouth it is vibrant and very elegant.

Cor Granada Profundo. Com notas de frutos vermelhos maduros, ameixas pretas, cacau e algum tostado envolvente. Na boca é um vinho marcante, de taninos sedosos, o que lhe confere uma enorme profundidade.

De produção limitada, é um dos grandes tintos de Portugal.

Aromas profundos a fruta vermelha e preta madura, especiarias subtis, um ligeiro toque vegetal. Espesso, gordo, glicerinado, com textura aveludada pontuada por taninos e acidez muito bem trabalhados, madeira muito bem integrada, termina longo, muito sofisticado e elegante.

From the balance of more mature vines with fresher vines, this wine is born which is based on the traditional varieties Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro, Jaen and Touriga Nacional. The vinification takes place in a press, where we intend to express the added value of our terroir.

In this sense, one of the measures we take is the fermentation that takes place with the yeast selected in our vineyards, a tradition of the house that dates back several decades. Aging is done in traditional cement vats, and a small percentage in used barrels.

The grapes come from selected plots in the vineyards that are over 30 years old, in which the maturation occurs smoothly, without excessive water stress, maintaining the aromatic potential and the specific extract of the varieties. Upon reaching the ideal state of ripeness, the grapes are harvested and transported to the winery, where the technological process begins, with total destemming, careful optical choice and light crushing. Fermentation takes place in French oak vats at controlled temperature, followed by prolonged post-fermentation maceration. Aging for 18 months in French oak barrels, followed by aging in the bottle in the cellars of the Monastery of Cartuxa. This wine has not undergone tartaric stabilization.

Coming from the Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional and Syrah varieties, it is a superior quality wine, with an intense garnet color, elegant and fruity aroma, well combined with wood notes due to aging in French and American oak barrels. Its mouth volume and concentration reveal the maximum expression of the terroir of the Lisbon region. The grapes from the best and oldest vineyards in our region, combined with the ancient knowledge of our oenology, allowed us to obtain this precious wine.

Touriga Nacional "rainha" das castas portuguesas em anos de excecional maturação mostra toda a sua exuberância com aromas intensos de frutos vermelhos acompanfados de leves notas florais. É exactamente o que encontamos neste vinho. A par de uma enorme estrutura e de um final elegante e suave.

It has an intense ruby red color. Fruity and expressive, with strong notes of plum and black pepper, it is structured and dense, deeply balanced and invigorating, smooth in tannins, finishing tense and lively thanks to its good freshness.

Aspecto límpido, cor rubi concentrada com nuances grená. O aroma é delicado com notas intensas de ameixa e amora preta ligadas a tons de baunilha fina e chocolate negro.

Na boca é redondo e volumoso. Revela boa consistência e maturidade de taninos. Final longo e requintado bouquet.

Com um estágio de um ano em barricas de carvalho Francês e Americano, sofreu depois uma estabilização natural e uma leve filtração.

Vinho estruturado com frescura e concentrado na cor e aromas, com um final persistente e harmonioso. Nariz com alta intensidade, fruta vermelha, violeta e especiarias, tudo num disco atraente e moderno. Sofisticado e macio na boca, encorpado e com final de boca redondo.
