Arribas do Douro Grande Reserva Red Wine 2020 – 750 ml

From the steep slopes of the Douro Superior comes this Grande Reserva that captures the power of its terroir. Crafted from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz grapes hand-harvested at full ripeness. Aged for 18 months in French and American oak barrels, it delivers depth and structure.

In the glass it presents an intense ruby hue with garnet highlights. On the nose it opens with ripe black fruit, sweet spices and a subtle vanilla note. On the palate it is full-bodied, polished tannins bring balance and a long finish recalls cocoa and liquorice.

Pairs exceptionally well with roasted meats, game stews or matured cheeses. Serve at 16 °C to 18 °C to fully appreciate its complexity.
