Pure aromatic nose is really fresh with lovely definition and great purity of sweet blackberry and raspberry fruit. The palate is fresh and supple with lovely pure summer pudding fruit and some nice spicy structure. Nicely defined.

Cor vermelha rubi, este vinho tem um nariz elegante de frutas vermelhas, ameixa e cereja preta, característica da Touriga Franca. Na boca é suave e equilibrado, com uma acidez agradável.

Este vinho apresenta uma cor densa, aroma a especiarias e fruta fresca com notas de chocolate preto e ameixa preta. Tem uma acidez firme ao longo da prova e apresenta um bonito final a fruta e ligeiro toque fumado.

With a bright red appearance and shallow color. On the nose it is elegant, intense and complex. It presents aromas of spices such as vanilla and coffee, as well as fresh fruit such as cherry and blackberry, which gives it complexity and finesse. In the mouth it is fresh, complex but elegant. With smooth and velvety tannins, fresh fruit notes such as red fruits, and a very balanced acidity. It is fresh and elegant, with a tasty, long and persistent finish.

Vermelho escuro na cor, este vinho apresenta aromas de amora madura, especiarias, e mineralidade. O paladar é equilibrado, com taninos sedosos.

Vertente is a wine of great elegance and complexity, which masterfully combines the fruit and concentration of Douro wines with the freshness of Niepoort wines.

With a bright ruby color and medium concentration, Vertente is very characteristic of the year 2018. The aroma is still very young, with notes of graphite, wild berries and some black plum, combined with the complexity of the wood. A thin profile and very fresh in the mouth with some nerve and complexity, the 2018 Strand is very elegant, with a very pleasant aftertaste. It will certainly evolve very well in the bottle.

Produzido em homenagem a Dona Antónia Adelaide Ferreira. Um vinho muito raro, só produzido em anos excepcionais, e em quantidades muito reduzidas (2200 garrafas).

Aroma muito concentrado. Com notas balsâmicas de carvalho, figo, ameixas pretas e tabaco. Sabor encorpado, firme, maduro com taninos acetinados. Notas minerais e um final complexo e persistente muito elegante.

O solo é predominantemente xistoso.

A produção destas vinhas, que têm uma densidade de plantação de 7.000 plantas por hectare, é em média de 400g por planta, o que equivale a 2,800 Kg por hectare.

É um vinho de parcela que inclui Touriga Franca (80%) e a quase esquecida Tinta Barroca. Aroma jovem, com notas químicas e balsâmicas, a revelar um perfil ainda em crescimento mas onde a Touriga já se evidencia, com citrinos e aromas florais muito elegantes. Taninos firmes mas muito finos, e acidez equilibrada dizem-nos que temos um vinho de futuro. Super atractivo e muito bem proporcionado.

Vinho desafiador e intenso. Na boca apresenta sabores mentolados e aromas de fruta, com taninos firmes e frescura. Final prolongado.

VINHO NATURAL

Zerozero é um vinho de terroir, um blend das castas que melhor se exprimem nas cotas altas do Douro. Em 2019 o lote é composto por Tinta Barroca e Touriga Nacional. Aromas primários e de fermentação são os dominantes num todo mais complexo.

Full-bodied, it has firm tannins, but softened by the acidity, resulting in a fresh, balanced wine with a very long finish.

Powerful in the mouth, it is a wine to be chewed. And that impresses.
