The Herdade da Pimenta Colheita Tinto 2023 reveals an intense ruby colour with violet reflections, anticipating its vivacity and youthfulness. The nose is complex and inviting, with intense aromas of wild berries and forest fruits, complemented by floral and spicy notes and a subtle hint of coconut and chocolate. On the palate, its excellent structure of polished and well-integrated tannins gives it a full and round body. It is a balanced wine with good freshness and an elegant, persistent finish, showcasing its concentration and potential.

Este tinto apresenta uma cor rubi intensa e concentrada. No nariz, destaca-se pela complexidade, com aromas profundos de fruta madura, como ameixa e amora, combinados com notas subtis de cacau, especiarias e um toque defumado. Em boca, revela-se estruturado, elegante e envolvente, com taninos refinados e um final longo e sedutor, prometendo um excelente potencial de envelhecimento em garrafa.

This wine displays an intense ruby color. On the nose, it offers a blend of ripe red fruit aromas, such as black plum, fig, and dates, accompanied by hints of caramel, vanilla, and spices from aging in French oak barrels. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with soft and well-integrated tannins, leading to a long and balanced finish.

Estágio de 12 meses em barricas de Carvalho Americano e Francês de 300L e 500L.

It presents a captivating ruby red very open. The absence of any aging in the barrel, accentuated the typical fruity aromas of the Pinot Noir variety, highlighting ripe strawberries and cherries, on a slightly vegetable background to which notes of cigar box are added. In the mouth it is vibrant and very elegant.
