ADEGA D'ARROCHA CARLOTAS RESERVA BRANCO 2023 750 ML

As uvas foram desengaçadas, esmagadas e prensadas. A fermentação ocorreu em depósitos de inox de pequenas dimensões, a uma temperatura controlada (16-18ºC), e durante um período de 15 dias. O vinho beneficiou de um estágio de 5 meses em Carvalho Francês, com recurso a bâtonnage, 2 vezes por semana.

De cor amarelo cítrico, este vinho apresenta-se com uma frescura marcante, acidez bem integrada e uma mineralidade única. O aroma é complexo, a estrutura elegante e a combinação entre fruta tropical, floral e frutos secos, surge harmoniosamente. Recomenda-se consumir fresco, a acompanhar pratos realmente memoráveis, ou simplesmente só.

ADEGA D’ARROCHA FERNÃO PIRES RESERVA 2023 (750 ml)

This wine showcases a bright citrine color. On the nose, it reveals a high aromatic intensity, with prominent jasmine floral notes and ripe white fruit aromas such as peach and apple. The oak is well-integrated, imparting hints of hazelnut, light toast, and subtle spices. On the palate, it is elegant and balanced, with fresh acidity and a persistent finish that reflects its complexity.

ADEGA D’ARROCHA MARÉ VITAL & ARINTO RESERVA 2021 (750 ml)

This wine showcases a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose, it reveals a complex aromatic profile with notes of ripe peach, lemon, and a subtle floral touch. The oak is well-integrated, imparting hints of hazelnut, caramel, and spices. On the palate, it is a structured wine with balanced acidity that provides freshness, minerality, and expressive roundness.

Velhos Tempos Premium Malvasia Fina 2022 apresenta uma cor citrina clara, brilhante. No nariz, revela aromas florais elegantes com notas de frutos tropicais discretos e cítricos. Em boca é fresco, com acidez viva, boa densidade e textura leve a média. Exibe equilíbrio entre fruta e mineralidade, culminando num final elegante e persistente com frescura sapida. Um branco amigável, versátil e refrescante, ideal para acompanhar pratos ligeiros.

Vinha da Roca White 2022 has a clear, vibrant citrus colour with a limpid shine. The nose shows delicate floral aromas, fresh white fruit and a subtle minerality with an Atlantic flavour. The palate is balanced and fresh, with well-integrated acidity, medium body and a smooth texture. It reveals aromatic intensity and firm structure, ending in a persistent and elegant finish with a refined saline touch.

Made from Malvasia de Colares, Arinto and Fernão Pires, resulting from carefully selected manual harvests. Winemaking includes low temperature pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats for around a month, with intermittent batonnage for up to two more months and ageing on the lees, giving it body and complexity.

Apresenta cor citrina, aroma de fruta branca Madura, fino e com alguma complexidade, lembrando lima e frutos exóticos muito frescos.

O sabor é aveludado, intenso, com boa acidez, mas macio e muito persistente.

Estagiado em barrica. Vinho com bom corpo, fino e equilibrado. Ilustra a originalidade e o perfil da casta, com cor amarela palha claro, aroma a fruta madura, frutos tropicais e algumas notas florais. Quanto ao sabor, apresenta um ataque muito atractivo, volumoso e intenso, boa harmonia, excelente acidez e persistência. 

Pale citric-yellow in colour with subtle golden hues, it offers an expressive aromatic profile combining delicate floral notes with stone-fruit and tropical touches from the Fernão Pires variety. The Arinto contributes vibrant acidity and citrus flavours that bring structure and freshness. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with soft texture and volume, finishing long, fresh and well-balanced.

The 2020 Reserva Chardonnay offers a straw-yellow hue, developed through extended barrel ageing. On the nose, pear and apple aromas emerge alongside subtle-mineral notes, with oak seamlessly integrated. On the palate, the wine is smooth and full-bodied, featuring an elegant citrus character, delivering an intense and enduring finish.
