The Bellini Cipriani was born in 1948 at the legendary Harry's Bar in Venice, created by Giuseppe Cipriani to celebrate the end of the war. The original recipe combines pureed white peach with Prosecco, giving rise to a fresh and elegant cocktail named in honour of the Renaissance painter Giovanni Bellini. Today it is produced by Cipriani Drinks, maintaining the tradition and authenticity of the Italian classic, ready to serve and with the same quality that made it famous all over the world.
