O vinho branco Dona Matilde é produzido a partir das castas portuguesas Arinto, Viosinho, Gouveio e Rabigato. É um vinho de cor citrina com um aroma intenso marcado por um caracter tropical e rebuçado de aniz,algum maracujá, manga e ananás e com um final mais fresco a casca de laranja e limonete. Na boca tem um sabor a cítricos e maracujá, muita estrutura e volume e uma acidez equilibrada o que lhe dá frescura.

Vinificação em Cuba de Inox com controlo de temperatura a 15” C (80% do lote final) sendo o resto fermentado em barrica nova de carvalho francês de 225 l com batonnage, durante mais três meses.

Notas tostadas intensas com aromas cítricos e florais. Boca fresca, de boa concentração e equilibrada, marcada suavemente pela madeira nova. Final vivo e longo.
