Product with History
Kopke, founded in 1638, is acknowledged as the oldest Port wine house. Its “Colheita” line consists of single-harvest wines matured in wood for extended time before bottling, embodying the house’s ageing philosophy. In the case of the 1965 edition, this is a wine made from Douro’s traditional grapes, vinified in the classic regional way, fortified and aged in oak casks. This expression represents Kopke’s centuries-long know-how and its enduring link to the Douro viticultural heritage.
