On the palate, it offers vibrant freshness, a smooth and slightly oily texture, balanced body, and polished acidity, leading to an elegant and persistent finish. Aged for six months in French oak barrels on fine lees.

O Montes Pelados Branco 2023 é um vinho fresco do Alentejo, produzido com as castas Antão Vaz e Arinto. Quinta dos Cardeais Grande Reserva White 2021 is an Alentejo wine with a fresh and elegant profile, made from the Arinto, Antão Vaz and Roupeiro grape varieties. It has a citrus colour with noble floral and vegetal notes, accompanied by nuances of scraped stone and lemon leaf. On the palate it stands out for its creaminess and breadth, supported by a citrus cut that gives it tension, balance and marked freshness. A versatile and very appealing wine.
