Monte Bluna is a boutique winery in Arruda, Lisbon, that produces wines from its own vineyards, giving them expression, balance, time and voice.
Where everything is done in harmony with the environment, resulting in a harmony that constantly pays homage to the only true actors, the grapes. Then every case is different and it's up to the craftsmen to decide on the best result - nothing is pre-programmed, everything is the result of the whims of time and nature. Materials, creativity and daring give the finishing touches to the sensory experience we want to promote.
Our responsibility is total: wisdom and honesty towards the environment and the consumer. No use of herbicides or other harmful chemicals, with native yeasts and minimal intervention. Simple yet complex.
