The aroma is striking and enveloping, highlighting notes of fresh sour cherry, with subtle hints of bitter almond, vanilla and mild spices from ageing in oak barrels. With oxygenation, the aromatic complexity intensifies, revealing nuances of jam and dark chocolate. On the palate, Ginja MSR is velvety and balanced, with a refined sweetness supported by a natural acidity that brings freshness and prolongs the flavour. The taste of ripe sour cherry predominates, accompanied by hints of caramel, dried fruit and a slight woody touch.
