JEREZ GONZÁLEZ BYASS NÉCTAR PEDRO XIMÉNEZ 750 ML
González Byass Néctar é um vinho elaborado a partir da casta Pedro Ximénez.
Antes da vinificação, as uvas passam pelo “soleo”, isto é, depois de colhidas, são deixadas secar ao sol para que a água evapore e o açúcar fique mais concentrado. Depois disso, as uvas são cuidadosamente prensadas para obter um mosto com alto teor de açúcar. O mosto ligeiramente fermentado é fortificado com 15,5% vol. O vinho entra na “solera” de Néctar, onde permanecerá em média 9 anos em barricas de carvalho americano, seguindo o sistema tradicional de “solera”.
González Byass Néctar Pedro Ximénez é um vinho doce, sedoso e untuoso. Uma mistura intensa de aromas de mel, passas, figos e tâmaras, com notas tostadas de café, chocolate e alcaçuz.

González Byass, established in 1835 by Manuel María González Ángel in Jerez de la Frontera, remains a cornerstone in the world of Sherry. Still family-run today, the winery upholds traditional aging practices, solera and criaderas in American oak and produces iconic styles such as Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso, and the rare Palo Cortado. Situated in Jerez's "triangular" area, its vineyards benefit from albariza soils and an Atlantic-influenced climate, resulting in elegant, complex, and historically rich wines.
