OSCAR'S QUEVEDO RED 2022 750 ML
This red displays a deep ruby colour with subtle violet reflections and medium saturation. On the nose, intense aromas of red and black fruits such as blueberry, cherry, and currant come through, balanced by notes of dark chocolate and a hint of toast. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, fresh and juicy, with slightly rustic tannins that mellow over time. The 6-month ageing in stainless steel and French oak adds creamy texture and a harmonious, fruit-driven finish.

Product with History
The Quevedo family is one of the new faces of the Douro, yet deeply rooted in its traditions. Based in S. João da Pesqueira, Quevedo was born from the dream of uniting generations of grape growers under their own brand — a rare move in the 1990s, when most grapes were still sold to major Port houses. Today, led by siblings Oscar and Cláudia Quevedo, the winery blends family heritage with a modern and irreverent approach, crafting authentic Douro wines that have gained recognition both in Portugal and abroad.
