Quinta S. João Batista, acquired in 1987 and located in the Paul do Boquilobo Biosphere Nature Reserve in the Tejo region, covers around 145 ha, of which 130 ha are vineyards. It produces wines that express the terroir of Ribatejo and is part of the Enoport Wines group, recognised for its exceptional quality both nationally and internationally.

Quinta da Boa Esperança Alicante Bouschet 2018 (750 ml) revela uma cor granada intensa, quase opaca, com nuances violetas. No nariz, surgem notas dominantes de fruta preta madura (ameixa, amora), envoltas por nuances balsâmicas, especiadas e ligeiramente fumadas, com fino toque de carvalho francês após estágio de 24 meses. No paladar mostra-se volumoso e vibrante, corpo estruturado, taninos firmes mas elegantes, acidez equilibrada e final persistente, ideal para longo envelhecimento (+10 anos).
