In Ribeira de Oura, between Vidago and Chaves, Trás-os-Montes, in the North of Portugal, there is a unique place for wine production – Quinta de Arcossó.
Located in a region with strong wine-growing traditions dating back to pre-Roman occupation, the vineyards are located on a slope with a convex exposure to the south at 400 m altitude and with a slope of around 20%. In its soil of granite origin, carefully selected wine-growing species adapted to the region grow.
In the winery, the full potential of the grapes is expressed and mechanical operations are minimized.
Result of the perfect harmony between nature and man, on the 12 hectares of the Arcossó farm, excellent wine has been produced since 2005.
In each bottle from the farm you discover unique wines, full of complex aromas and finished off with dense and long aftertastes.
