This wine is the result of a very particular vinification process, triggered by grapes undergoing a dehydration process, caused by the fungus Botrytis Cinerea – the so-called noble rot, which distinguishes the world's iconic Late Harvest wines.
Aronatically rich, it combines the presence of orange peel, fig and honey in perfect harmony.
Enveloping body, sweetness and acidity in balance, with a finish rich in flavor and great persistence.
In Torres Vedras, in the west of Portugal, an entrepreneurial family that shares a strong passion for the land where they were born, realized their old dream of building a winery that celebrated the historical heritage of the region, strongly marked by the culture of vineyards and wine.
