Antitese is a white wine produced with the Chardonnay and Fernão Pires grape varieties, fermented in stainless steel and the last third in French oak barrels. Battonage was carried out during the aging period in barrels, which lasted around 6 months. It has a citrine to slightly straw color, on the nose you can feel the presence of some milky notes, vanilla and yellow-fleshed fruit. In the mouth it is balanced and with a good structure, a very long and persistent aftertaste with very present acidity. -Aging: 6 months in French oak barrels -
