The grapes were destemmed, crushed and pressed. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (15ºC) for a period of 15 days.
The wine was aged for 6 months in French and American oak, using batonnage twice a week for 3 months.
Light straw in colour, this is a wine with remarkable aromatic intensity. The tropical flavours are very present, with pineapple and passion fruit standing out, while the wood reveals notes of spices, light toast and ripe coconut. On the palate it's extremely fresh, the result of its acidity, it's structured and has nuances of minerality and salinity.
Our story arises from the enormous legacy left by our family, a passion for the land that is difficult to control and the desire to create unique wines associated with a special and unsettling terroir.
"This is a project started by our grandparents, woven over three generations, driven by the present generation, and projected onto our children."
It's been more than 100 years linked to viticulture and wine production, where the passion for this noble activity has always been passed on to us with great sincerity. All the ambition, hard work and sacrifice that our ancestors went through are always present in everything we do, filling us with pride and driving us to always do more and better.
