BEIRA INTERIOR

Pale yellow with citrus nuances, this organic high-altitude white boasts elegant aromas of stone fruit, orange blossom and subtle tropical hints. On the palate it is well-structured, creamy and broad, balanced by fresh acidity and distinct minerality. Made from 100% Síria grapes from vines over 40 years old, it fermented in stainless steel (at 14 °C for about 30 days) and aged on fine lees with weekly battonage for up to 12 months. A complex, vibrant wine—perfect with fish, seafood or salads.
