Obtained from the best vinifications of the harvest, using less traditional varieties in the region.

In 2017 it resulted from the vinification of the Alicante Bouschet variety, harvested on the 11th of September. On that day, the grapes were carefully harvested and taken to the cellar, where pre-fermentative cold maceration was carried out, followed by alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 28ºC and prolonged maceration. Incubate a total of 20 days. Aged 15 months in new French oak barrels and 24 months in bottle.
