Intense aroma, ripe red fruit with sweet notes of dark chocolate. Brilliant ruby appearance. In the mouth it shows character, good volume marked by the freshness of the fruit. Well-tuned tannins and persistent finish.

The result of a careful selection and maturation control of grapes from different portions of its varieties, fermented in century-old granite lagares with controlled temperatures and treading by foot. In order to gain greater volume and complexity, it underwent a short stage in French oak wood.

Enoinov is a company with an integrated production ideology from the vineyard to the bottle, with wines of precious character. Enoinov has 38ha of vineyards divided into two farms – Quinta do Muro and Quinta do Paço. Winemaking in centuries-old granite mills guarantees the cultivation of the Douro tradition as well as increasing quality, a tremendously important phase for the creation of these remarkable wines.

Quilate Douro wines were born from the passion of a young couple for wines and the Douro region. Quinta do Muro located in Canelas-Peso da Régua acquired by Luis Miranda Bras in 1980 and still owned by the Family today, has 23ha of mechanized vineyards with several traditional Douro grape varieties.
