Founded in 2001 by the winemaking couple Sandra Tavares da Silva and Jorge Serôdio Borges, the company Wine & Soul has invested in and purchased old vineyards and properties in the Pinhão River valley. The couple's objective is to create wines that express all the character of the old vines and indigenous grape varieties of the Douro, seeking a balance between concentration, complexity and elegance.
