The combination of wines from different Portuguese regions was a tradition that was lost with the modernity of indicating the region of origin. In a modern vision of this tradition, two red wines were combined, one from the Douro and the other from Bairrada.
The wine produced from the Tinta Roriz variety (TR) was added to the wine produced from the Baga variety in Vinha da Panasqueira (PA).
It is an excellent wine when paired with red meat, game and fatty fish baked in the oven.
