A white from old vines and a parcel wine, born in the place where it all began for the Souvall project, in vineyards planted by Américo Ferraz's father, Álvaro, at an altitude of between 500 and 700 metres. A beautiful straw yellow colour. It offers a citric nose, with notes of stone fruit and fruit trees too, and minerality - we seem to be smelling the very thin soils of the transition from schist to granite. And it explodes in the mouth. Full of flavour, it's a lovely surprise. Unctuous, fresh, with vibrant acidity, structured, with a long, full finish that has a salty flavour.
