The selected grapes, destemmed and lightly crushed, were subjected to a pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures for 24 hours. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel vats for 9 days at a controlled temperature of 24ºC.
Ruby red in colour, this wine is elegant and well-balanced, with soft tannins, hints of red fruit, particularly blackcurrant and raspberry, and a very pronounced minerality. The aftertaste is long and persistent.
Our story arises from the enormous legacy left by our family, a passion for the land that is difficult to control and the desire to create unique wines associated with a special and unsettling terroir.
