This delicious (and irresistible) aperitif combines several flavours: cardamom, orange, Jamaican pepper and ginger. This combination gives the drink a delicate, sweet yet bitter finish.

This is thanks to the orange peel, which cuts the sugary flavour and ensures a balanced and refreshing touch. Thus, Per Se gives us a taste of the light, colour and essence of southern Europe - all in one drink.

Its name is also easy to explain: Per Se means "by itself", in other words, a simple and easy-to-drink preparation. Like the light of late summer afternoons, the drink has a warm, bright orange colour, reminiscent of the iconic sunset.
